We are planning on opening up 2010 with a bang. We are joining in with the Victory churches of Edmonton with their 3 weeks of prayer. This starts tomorrow (Jan. 2). They have decided to open up their basement prayer room for everyone to join in.
We are also joining "Unite Canada", part of the 24-7 Prayer ne...twork. Their goal is to see Canada united in prayer 24-7-365 for the entire 2010 year. Unite Canada has an open week of prayer that coincides with the Victory's threes weeks of prayer.
So I thought lets focus together and see if we can get the entire week filled with prayer. You are more than welcome to go to the prayer room anytime in the three weeks, but let’s do a sign up sheet for week three.
So look at your calendar and decide when you can commit to pray for one hour during the week of the 17th January. Drop me a line at sonfire_prayer@hotmail.com with questions or times you want to sign up for.

So we are planning our next rhythm for the 26th of November. That's one week to sign up for a time slot. Remember that this is the last rhythm we will be having for 2009. You can see the sign up sheet below to find out when others are praying. You can join them or e-mail sonfire_prayer@hotmail.com with the time slot you want.

I wanted to share something that the Lord has been showing me that last couple weeks. I have been seeing a picture of Heaven and earth. The only thing separating them is a thin "membrane". It was like the roof of a tent in a rain storm. It was getting heavier and heavier with blessings, healing, miracles, signs, wonders, revival, etc...
Every time I would pray about this, the bulge was bigger and it was even starting to leak.
My prayer for our next rhythm is that we would rip open the heavens with our prayers and see heaven pour down over our city and our lives.

I found this Hymn in a Hymn book that Kate left in the Prayer room. I love because it is so the heart of 24-7 Prayer. The continual prayer of the church world wide...
